The company has expanded its business through multiple mergers and acquisitions: in 2002, it acquired IFR/Marconi instruments to enter the wireless communication testing market. In 2005, it integrated JcAir to enhance its aviation electronic testing system. In 2010, it acquired Willtek from Germany and V.I. Technologies from the United States to supplement its RF and video testing technology.
