The company has expanded its business through multiple mergers and acquisitions: in 2002, it acquired IFR/Marconi instruments to enter the wireless communication testing market. In 2005, it integrated JcAir to enhance its aviation electronic testing system. In 2010, it acquired Willtek from Germany and V.I.
