ARK (Ark Micro) is a Chinese company established in 2008 that specializes in the design of depletion MOSFETs (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors), a type of transistor used for amplifying or switching electronic signals. They are the only company in China focusing exclusively on this technology.
