SK hynix
SK Hynix manufacturer, derived from the Korean brand abbreviation "HY". Hynix, formerly known as Modern Memory, was renamed Hynix in 2001. SK Hynix Semiconductor is the world's third-largest DRAM manufacturer and ranks ninth among all semiconductor companies.
On September 5, 2019, SK Hynix's semiconductor factory in Wuxi, China, completely replaced Japanese products with hydrogen fluoride produced in China. In January 2024, SK Hynix plans to upgrade some of its dynamic random access memory (DRAM) production equipment at its Wuxi factory in China to the fourth generation 10 nanometer process; On July 30th, SK Hynix announced the launch of the world's highest performance next-generation video memory product, GDDR7.
