IWatt, a Silicon Valley-based technology innovator founded in 2000, specialized in power control integrated circuits.  Focused on adaptive intelligent digital power control, the company developed unique patented technologies, including primary feedback and intelligent dimming.  Their expertise led to leading-edge products for various applications, including network and communication equipment, smartphones, internet terminal chargers, and LED power smart drives.  Ultimately, IWatt's innovative contributions were recognized through its acquisition by Dialog Semiconductor for $310 million.
